Carbon fiber has become by far the most common building material for sticks used in the NHL. Carbon fiber sticks were originally sold as shafts alone, much like their aluminum counterparts but nowadays, most hockey sticks are "one piece" sticks.
The best sticks are made with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer. Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer is a fiber reinforced plastic made using epoxy resin and carbon fiber. Cheaper sticks incorporate fibers like fiberglass, saving cost at the price of performance. The three main components of a quality hockey stick are epoxy resin, carbon fiber, and foam.
When it comes to materials, we have to mention this Japanese Toray Carbon Fiber Company, which supplies more than 50% of the T700-grade carbon fiber precursors that are mass-produced worldwide. High-end ice hockey sticks contain more than 90% T700-12K. This is the basic guarantee of a good club. We use high temperature epoxy resin. The advantages of this resin are good permeability and toughness. To ensure a good quality club, data quantification is required in every production link, and size capture is a very important indicator. Because manual links accounted for 90%. Therefore, the weight difference of our stick is 5g, which is already very standard.
Blade : The inner core we use is PMI foam, which has a non-closed cell structure. Increase the fluidity of the resin in the foam. The combination of the two is almost perfect. The advantage is that the blade becomes lighter and the flexibility is increased.

If any claim or new replacement, you please contact us and we will reply you within 24 hours, and fix your concern.
We accept stick return back under below situations, if you don't like our sticks after you received cargo, but buyer will pay for freight for return.
We accept stick return back and bear return cost and freight, if you will receive wrong type and wrong stick not you have ordered.
We can't accept stick return back, if you have used sticks, and broken on purpose.
In a word, it is 0 risk to have our stick to play your hockey on ice.
Shipping term: Shipped with FedEx, and providing tracking number after the package is picked up. As normal you can receive sticks afer 5-7 days by FedEx IE.
