Main application and working environment :

This machine is a single-arm hydraulic press designed and manufactured for the user. The production process of the hydraulic press involves single-machine, single-piece operation, primarily suitable for the correction processing of special steel plates. Additionally, it can also accomplish the pressing, forming, and correction pressing of other large plates.

1 ,The frame adopts Q235 welded structure, with all main welds machined into U-shaped welds. All welding adopts full-penetration welding (design safety factor: 1.25 times), followed by overall annealing treatment. The design is optimized through ANSYS, resulting in high overall static and dynamic rigidity.

2 ,The oil cylinder barrel and piston rod are both made of integral forgings, with the main cylinder piston flexibly connected to the worktable using spherical bearings. This greatly reduces lateral thrust, avoiding wear on the piston guide sleeve and seals, ensuring the longevity of the hydraulic cylinder.

3 ,The compressor's working cylinder adopts a flange-supported piston structure, with the piston rod made of 45# carbon steel. The piston rod needs surface quenching treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC45~55 after normalizing. The total length of the guide sleeve is greater than 0.7 times the diameter of the piston to enhance its guiding performance.

4 ,In the forced cooling circulation system, an oil filtration system is added, incorporating a return oil filtration device. The inlet of the cooling oil pump is connected to the hydraulic oil tank's oil return zone, while the outlet is connected to the oil suction zone of the hydraulic oil tank. A filtration device is added at the outlet of the cooling oil pump to continuously filter the oil, ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil in the oil tank and reducing the need for periodic cleaning of the tank.

5 ,The hydraulic system adopts a four-point temperature control system to precisely control the temperature of the oil tank. This system utilizes industrial air conditioning cooling and electric heating to meet the on-site requirements of the users.

The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of successful installation and trial operation.

The equipment provided by the seller is new and unused. The performance of the equipment, after installation, debugging, and operation complies with the relevant national standards or stipulated in the agreement between the parties.

The seller shall provide relevant technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. In the event that the buyer is unable to resolve the issue independently, the seller will conduct troubleshooting at the within 24 hours in sellers' country . Parts identified as quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
