PA610 Filament:
PA610 filament offers superior wet performance and better chemical resistance. PA610 filament offers excellent bend recovery and abrasion resistance. Its low moisture absorption makes it an excellent filament for wet applications.Typical applications include toothbrush, paintbrush, cosmetic, hairbrush, and industrial applications.
Nylon 610 Resin(PA610 Resin) has good features of high strength, resistance to abrasion and oil, low water absorption, high dimension stability, excellent electrical properties, belong to self-extinguishment material. It can be widely used in machinery manufacturing industry, making parts for oil storage tank, textile machinery.
Moreover, it can be used to make battery cell case and instruments rack in electronics industry and as toothbrush fiber, monofilament, cable cladding. It can be customized in injection and extrusion grade, under customers' requirements.

Pa610 brush filament has the advantages of low relative density, low water absorption, strong alkali resistance, weak acid resistance, strong wear resistance and fatigue resistance, etc., suitable for various industrial brushes
Nylon types
Basic raw material PA612 / PA610 / PA6, can be selected according to production process and budget;
PA612 has good characters and low water absorption, can be used for industries with high degree of automation and high added value. The optimum work condition is with cooling system;
PA6 has high water absorption but good softness and bend recovery, therefore it is suitable for applications under high wheel speed as well as high pressure in both wet and dry work conditions;
PA610 is the cheapest one and has been widely used. It is normally used for brushes which are price-sensitive, rapid-wearing, and under work conditions with slow wheel speed such as industrial brushes for stones, or PCBs.
