Application:
Silicone rubber sheet mainly used in food industry, machinery industry, and other requirements, high temperature and shock resistance, a variety of high-voltage, high-temperature wire.
Resistant to low and high temperature (-60 ° C ~ 250 ° C) . Non-toxic, ozone-resistant, light-resistant, anti-aging, high insulation.
Vulcanization method
1. Drum vulcanization: silicone plate is formed by calendering machine, press out the silicone plate and ribbon, can be several meters rolled together, can be freely cut width and length. Advantages: fast maneuverability, low cost, high output, high production speed, free cutting length, uniform thickness.
Disadvantages: Thick products can not be produced, more than 10 mm can not be produced.
2. Molded silica gel plate. The molded silica gel plate is a fixed-size silica gel sheet formed by high-temperature vulcanization through a silica gel mold, with a fixed width. Advantages: stable production, can do thick products.
Disadvantages: low output, high cost, uneven thickness, only a fixed width.

Our factory is about 1800 square meters ,Our capability is about 300000 tons one year .
