Product Description
Equipment components:It includes static pressure moulding machine, whole set of auxiliary devices, sand mould conveyor, electrical control system, hydraulic system, and technological equipment such as flasks and pattern plate bolsters.
Static pressure Automatic molding line consists of more than 30 sets of mechanical, electrical control and hydraulic equipment, flasks and trolleys. It includes shakeout sand , flask separator, flask surface and cavity cleaning, moulding, turnover, gate milling, air hole punching, box closing, box hook tightening, mold cooling and other processes.
