What is Membrane Filter Press?
The membrane filter press is different from other filter press types. Its filter press plates consist of membrane filter plates and chamber filter plates. Especially the membrane plate is hollow and has a chamber that can be inflated. Normally it is inflated by compressed air or high-pressure water so that the filter cakes can be secondarily squeezed to reduce the cake moisture, short the filtration cycle, and decrease the running cost. It's widely used in various industries, especially suitable for materials that are difficult to be filtered.
Applications of Membrane Filter Press:
1. Chemicals and pharmacy: coating & paint, oxide, hydroxide, gypsum, lithopone, dye & pigment, chemical fertilizers, medical intermediate, etc...

Packaging & Delivery of Membrane Plate Filter Press:
1. Delivery: around 4 weeks.2. Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with the plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in a wooden case. If need a full wooden case pls inform me in advance.

1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).
2. Site commissioning, installation, and training service are valid.
