hydraulic power tongs are special equipment and open power tongs which is applicable to make up or break out 2 3/8"-5 1/2" casing and tubing during oil field work over operation.Master and back tong device adopts jaw plate type multi-point clamping mechanism.Can choose contour coated rig dies or pyramid tooth , to ensure the column minimum damage, and can improve the pipe thread connection quality, reduce due to improper work over pipe accident etc..
Matching torque and speed test system,can accurately control the torque of makeup,can timely display, control, storage, print torque parameters(Suitable for FOX,VAM TOP,BGT1,3SB,NSCC,WSP etc special threaded bushing).

Hydraulic controlled safety protection device is applicable to XQ Well Servicing Power Tong, ZQ Pipe Power Tong and TQ Casing Power Tong, using patent technology, to do real-time and reliable protection to the power tong, guarantee the safety of the operators. Flexible shaft controlled safety protection device consists of flexible shaft controlled reversing valve, push and pull flexible shaft and safety door. The flexible shaft controlled reversing valve installed in oil inlet and outlet position. As long as the safety door opens, the power will stop working immediately through the push and pull flexible shaft drive flexible shaft controlled reversing valve; when the safety door is closed , the power tong can work normally, which realizes the linkage protection between the safety door and hydraulic circuit.

Torque control recorder of hydraulic power tongs (abbr. TPC) is a kind of torque signal treatment, control and record system. It may measure, show, record and control any torque in the period of tube makeup to ensure the optimal screw torque and save any chart data of every joint in tightening process in disc for query in the future. 1.2. TCP system is in corollary use with Casing/Tubing Tongs. It may realize automatic controls on screw torque of tube joints and ensure controlling screw torque of tube joint in a range recommended in API Standard. It may avoid thread gluing and tongs teeth damaging any tube because of over torque when tightening any tube joint so as to meet strict standards and requirements for tube down-hole
