The extruded Honeycomb ceramic filter is a fine strainer with straight hole structure.The honeycomb ceramic filter is used to filter the molten metal of cast iron and non-ferrous alloy castings. It has excellent thermal shock resistance, strength, high porosity; and specific surface area. It can filter and adsorb the smallest possible inclusions contained in the molten metal, and use its unique rectification effect to obtain a stable and rapid laminar flow to prevent bubbles from entering. The honeycomb ceramic filter is suitable for the requirements of different refractoriness and pouring speeds in the foundry industry. It can significantly improve the quality of castings and is beneficial to cutting processing, thereby reducing tool wear and reducing manufacturing costs.
