In the field of industrial arc welding, the robot will be your strongest partner. The hollow mechanical wrist of innovative technology can ensure very short movement cycle and higher precision track operation. This series of industrial robots have higher efficiency density for arc welding, cutting, handling, machine loading and unloading, packaging, taking parts, so as to reduce the production cost.

Welding robot system is composed of welding robot, welding power supply, robot special welding gun, electrical control and button station, safety protection fence (optional) and other parts.
After the workpiece is placed in the tooling manually, the robot starts to weld automatically.
Process flow
There should be no oil, rust or stain within 30mm around the weld of the welding workpiece, and it should meet the dimensional tolerance requirements of the workpiece drawing.
The system welding workflow is as follows.
1) Preparation process: welding parts shall be prepared according to the requirements of the drawings.
2) Install the workpiece: the operator enters the station 1 and places the workpiece on the workbench.
3) Workpiece limit: the operator will push the workpiece to the workbench, close to the limit block.
4) Robot welding: The operator returns to the safe position, presses the start button, and the robot realizes automatic welding from the set position.
5) Workpiece unloading: after welding, the robot goes to station 2 for welding, and the operator enters station 1 again to unload the workpiece.
6) Work in this cycle.
