Luckin Brand Container flatbed trailer is designed for stevedoring and transporting 1x40', 1x 20'or 2x20'ISO Cargo Containers and loose cargos.
To make sure the servise life of the semi trailers, all the apare parts we adopt are World Famous brand. We use famous German WABCO braking valve will definitely shorten the Braking Distance, to make the safety of the trailers and the drivers. Also the trailers floor is checker plate, this will keep the other bulk cargo more stable, like the bags, or long stuff.
We can produce and install American or German axles and Suspension, as well as Boggie Suspension according to customer's transportation needs.

1.Mature Welding Process: Luckin Vehicle adopts automatic submerged arc welding method to weld the main beam. The longitudinal beam is completed by automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine. All components are shot peening to improve paint adhesion and are painted prior to assembly, making the main beam stronger and more durable.
2. Reliable Materials: We adopts high strength steel material to manufacture the flatbed trailer, it can make the flatbed trailer have a higher loading capacity and a longer service life.
