ISO Container House
1. General information:The Modular building is designed and developed from ISO flatpack container house. It is of heatproof and waterproof. It is widely used as office, meeting room, dormitory, accommodation, shop, booth, toilet, storage, kitchen, shower room and so on.
2. Advantages:
a. Easy Transportations:4-6 units Flat-pack usually packed together into one bundle, which is in one standard 20' shipping container size and transported by standard shipping truck. It includes standard forklift pockets within the floor base, so it can be loaded or unloaded by forklift even no crane.
b. Cost Saving:The Flat-Pack units are delivered in bundles of 4 units or 6 units, up to 75% of transportation cost saving compared with modified containers.
c. Easy Assembly:More than 40% of time saving on construction over traditional building techniques due to all structure elements being factory prefabricated, 3 skilled workers can complete the assembling of standard unit with-in 3 hours.
d. Flexible Combination: Flat-pack units can be functioned in various ways and combined flexibly, multi -modular buildings can be easily created by stacking and interlinked the units together providing enough and comfortable space for the owner.
e. Green & Sustainable: Flat-pack unit could be dismantle after completed one project and re-used for another one as the cabin are design of flexible structure. Every prefabricated parts are recyclable..
