Q1. Any discount?              At first, the price we quote are all wholesale price. Meanwhile, our best price will be offered according to the order quantity, so please tell us your purchase quantity when you inquire.

Q2. Are you a manufacturer?

   Yes, we are manufacturer/factory.

Q3. What about the warranty of the products?

   3 years warranty,during the period,we will responsible for the damage due to the defects in manufacturing.

Q4. What the sample cost? 

   Please contact our sales, and tell them your required models, they will check the sample cost for you.

   (1). If we don't have stock ,sample cost will double of the whole sales prices ,The additional cost of the sample cost can be refunded to customers after confirmed the large order, the delivery cost paid by customers. 
   (2) For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately.

Q5: What is your MOQ?

   A1: If customer have agent who can arrange the shipment in China, there will be 5 sets MOQ ( it means you can order 5 piece and the price will be offered as EXW factory price).

   A2: If customer need us arrange the shipment, the total CBM should morethan 10 CBM. 

Q6. Is it safe to use office chair?       
   Yes! We have made a test before we sell the office chair. We have sold these chairs to many retailers
and wholesalers and never have quality complaint.

Q7. What can I do if the item damaged during transportation?     Our customer service staffs will help you with any questions or concerns. Under any circumstance,we will take well packed products pictures before shipping. So if any damage on products,please take  pictures  for us.

Q8: Transportion?

   A: Port of loading: mainly ship in Shenzhen port or Guangzhou port, Guangdong province, China.

   B:Shipping Services: By sea.As the furniture products are over-weighted and over-sized after packing,it could not able to send the furniture to your place by air / express delivery. Ocean shipping is the only method to delivery.
