Due to the brittleness and hardness of the cold rolled coil, it is not suitable for processing. Therefore, in general, cold rolled steel plates require annealing, pickling, and surface leveling before being handed over to the customer.
Cold rolled steel coil, with a smooth surface and excellent processing, is used in household appliances such as automobiles, refrigerators, washing machines, as well as industrial equipment and various building materials. With the development of the economy, cold rolled steel plates have become a necessary material in modern society. Among them, cold rolled hard coils can be used as raw materials for hot dip galvanizing plants, as hot dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines. The weight of the rolled hard coil is generally between 8-23 tons.
Cold rolled steel coils generally use hot-rolled strip steel with a thickness of 1.5-6 mm as the cold rolled billet. The main processes include pickling, cold rolling, degreasing, annealing, leveling, and shearing (cross cutting, longitudinal cutting). If producing coated plates, there are also plating or coating processes such as electroplating tin, hot tin coating, and hot zinc coating. The production process of cold rolled billets is as follows: hot rolled sheet coils (raw materials) - acid washing - cold rolling - degreasing - annealing - leveling - shearing - finished product delivery.
