Discover the brilliance of our 110kw Sanzhi Two-Stage Screw Air Compressor, a marvel of engineering featuring an innovative dual-stage rotary screw mechanism. Each stage is equipped with its own active and passive screws, where the active screw propels the passive screw using an external power device. The first stage employs a low-pressure rate screw group, while the second stage utilizes a high-pressure rate screw group. Encased in a sealing air film, these screws meticulously compress gas through three essential phases: suction, pressurization, and exhaust.

First Stage Compression: This process begins with the low-pressure rate screw group expertly compressing the gas. The gas enters the compression chamber via a suction valve, where it is gradually squeezed and then transferred to the second stage, driven by the high-speed rotation of the screw rotor.

Second Stage Compression: In this phase, the gas moves into a tighter screw space, encountering heightened compression at increased temperatures and pressures. The high-pressure gases are then efficiently expelled from the system as the exhaust valve opens, perfectly completing the compression cycle.

Our compression journey starts with natural air being meticulously filtered before entering the first compression stage. Here, it mixes with a precise amount of lubricating oil, and this mixture is compressed to interstage pressure. The compressed gas then traverses through a cooling channel, encountering a substantial amount of oil mist, which significantly lowers its temperature. This cooled gas then advances to the second stage for further compression, ultimately being expelled through the exhaust valve, thus masterfully completing the entire compression process.
