PANOVF® Rock Wool Board
It is produced by heating basalt at 1350˚C - 1400˚C and centrifuging it at high speed into fibers. Advanced three-dimensional production technology is used. Then, a few binding agents are added, and it is shaped by thermal curing.
It is lightweight and easy to install, mainly used for thermal and acoustic insulation.
Products are widely applied in the insulation of building exterior walls, curtain-wall roofs,
industrial and civil buildings, composite core boards, equipment and pipeline insulation of marine bulkheads, fire-door core boards, and all kinds of industrial or shipbuilding equipment.

Rock wool for Building
The exterior wall insulation thin plastering system is a non-bearing insulation structure. It consists of an insulation layer, a protective layer, and fixing materials such as adhesives and auxiliary fixings. This system is attached to the outer surface of the exterior wall. It offers excellent performance in fire safety, heat insulation, waterproofing, crack resistance, wind pressure resistance, and durability.
Rock wool for industry
Industrial rock wool board has four outstanding features: High temperature resistance, excellent hydrophobicity, high corrosion resistance, and low thermal conductivity. A: (1) Rock wool can withstand up to 1000°C (1800°F), while fiberglass melts at around 600°C (1100°F).
(2) Rock wool density: 40 - 200 kg/m³ . Glass wool density: 8 - 100 kg/m³.
(3) Rock wool: blanket sizes like 0.6m×5m, 1.2m×5m etc.; board sizes 1.2m×0.6m, 1.2m×2.4m etc.
Glass wool: blanket sizes 1.2m×30m, 1.2m×15m etc.; board sizes 1.2m×0.6m, 1.2m×2.3m etc.
(4) Applications: Rock wool is used in civil, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. Glass wool is mainly for civil and commercial buildings.
