Main components of sand molding machine
1. Base: welded structure, annealing treatment, it is mainly supporting other parts.
2, beam/crossbeam: welded structure, annealing treatment, it is mainly supporting the hydro-cylinder, connecting the sand tank and fixing column and so on.
3. Upper middle and lower slide frame: welded structure, annealing treatment, it is mainly connecting upper and lower flasks and connecting hydro-cylinders, sliding up and down on the column, etc.
4, upper middle and lower box body : welded structure, annealing treatment, internal surface vulcanized wear-resistant polyurethane, middle box body fix template.
5. The hydro-cylinder is mainly used to push the middle and lower sliding frame to slide up and down and compact.
6, sand tank: welded structure, annealing treatment, used to store quantitative mould sand, with a level gauge. And it supports the adding sand gate.
7. Hydraulic station: Provides power for the movement of the hydro-cylinder, and it is equipped with 3HP air conditioners for cooling.
Main components of the auxiliary equipments for production line
trolley/Car: carrying sand mould.2.  transfer Car : realize the cycle action of car
3.  mold jacket & weight manipulator: automatic picking and placement of mold jacket & weight.
4.  Sand mould transfer mechanism: The cooled sand mould is taken to belt conveyor system for second Cooling .
5.  mold jacket: protect the sand mould.
6.  weight: prevent expansion box.
7.  Conveyor frame: It carries the trolley/car running.
Auxiliary equipments for production line technological process
   The air cylinder takes car and unpoured sand mould to mold jacket & weight station for pouring 
   The air cylinder takes car and poured sand mould to mold jacket & weight station.
   mold jacket & weight manipulator will take down the jacket & weight from poured sand mould and after cleaning , put them to unpoured sand mould.
    The sand mold transfer mechanism pushes the sand mold from the cooling side car into shake out machine.
   the lower-end positioning mechanism of car will controlled car start and stop.

Auto molding machine process flow
1.Auto adding sand--The sand belt conveyor is docked with the feeding inlet of the molding machine. After receiving request command, the clay sand in sand bin is supplied to the molding machine, when it is full , stop adding sand.
2.Please close the sealing ports, and the compressed air enters into shooting sand tank through the air storage tank. The clay sand in shooting sand tank flows out under the pressure of the air and flow into the upper and lower tanks for adding sand.
3. After shooting sand, the hydro-cylinder will up and compact the sand mold by hydraulic station as driven.
4. After compaction, the hydro-cylinder will return, and the template is separated from the sand mold
5. The template will be returned to the original position under the action of air cylinder after it is separated from the sand mould .
6. After the template is returned, the lower hydro-cylinder rises, and the lower sand mould is combined with the upper sand mould.
7. After mould-closing , the upper hydro-cylinder will return , the upper sand mould is separated from the upper box
8. Finish boxless upper mold, the lower box hydro-cylinder will be return, the lower sand mould is separated from the lower box.
9. Finish boxless lower mold ,the whold mould will be return to the original position driven by hydro-cylinder.
10. Push mould cylinder will push sand mold onto the trolley or support plate of the conveying line and run to the pouring station for pouring
