SFT
Intended UseThis Floor Transmitter is a miniaturization wireless fall monitor for connecting to a Wireless Floor Mat to configure a wireless fall alarm Floor Mat, it does not need an additional monitor.
The wireless fall alarm Floor Mat is designed to alert caregivers of falls or unwanted movement by alert caregiver whenever weight is applied on sensor mat.
  • Floor Sensor mat can be placed on the floor next to a bed or chair to determine when residents are getting up off of a chair or bed
  • Floor Sensor mat can be placed on the floor in a doorway to monitor persons who are at risk from wandering,
  • Floor Sensor mat can be placed on the floor in entry or exit from an area or room to provide security.
When step on the Floor Mat, a wireless signal is sent to the receiving devices like door light, caregiver's pager and Nurse Call Receiver….. to alert the caregiver.
It offers to Caregivers a simple, efficient, and affordable way to create a Silent Wireless Security /Fall prevention/ Wandering System and peace of mind that no movement goes unnoticed.

  • Wireless Nurse Call Receiver - caregivers can be notified at the nurse call station.
  • LCD Pager - For carried by caregivers, Alerts caregivers with Vibration anywhere in facility, Display alarm room number
  • LED Pager, For carried by caregivers, Alerts caregivers with Vibration anywhere in facility, Display alarm device number
  • Door Light - Bright blinking light that can be easily seen down the hall, alerts caregivers that someone is getting up from a bed, a chair or approaching an exit or need help
  • Wireless Display Board -This device have a large displayer which work similar to LCD pager that displays room number up to 200 components. Hanging in the hallway or mount high on wall for visibility, display alarm room number, have audible alert and remote reset.
  • Wireless Central Monitor-This device have a large displayer which work similar to LCD pager that displays room number up to 200 components. Mount on desk at nurse station, display alarm room number, have audible alert and remote reset.
Wireless communication ProtocolWhen alarm, the transmitter will send a radio signal to the Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light to report "I am in alarm", the Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light will also send a confirm radio signal to transmitter to say "Well received". Otherwise, the transmitter will send a radio signal with next channel (Frequency-hopping communication with 66 channels) to the Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light until get "Well received".
Wireless communication supervise(optional)Once programed transmitter to Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light, the transmitter will periodically send a radio signal to the Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light to report "I am OK", the Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light will also send a confirm radio signal to transmitter to say "Well received".
If the Nurse Call Receiver or Door Light dose not received "I am OK" for certain time period, the connected channel number should flash in a yellow light, indicating the transmitter is in lost status.

Transmitter fail notification (supervising version only)Once completed Programing Transmitter to NCR, these components will be in supervising by NCR, and will alert for "lost", if one of below condition happen:
-       The component is too far distance from the NCR.
-       The component is battery low or expired.
-       The communication between the component and monitor failure.
While the NCR is in 'LOST" mode, the connected channel number should flash in a yellow light, indicating the wireless devices is in lost status. The components will also have a "Check" light flashing to indicating lost status. Change the component if battery low or expired.

SFT must be replaced when the Change Alarm light is lighting.
ButtonA two functions push button on the front face of SFT.
-       If the SFT is in Storage and Transportation Mode, the user are able to place the SFT into the Standby Mode by depress the button more than 5 seconds until you see light is lighting, and then release the Button.
-       To place the SFT to programing mode, press the button on the transmitter and then hold for 5 seconds until the alarm light on the transmitter flashes orange. Then release the button.
CordThe cord is for attaching SFT to a Wireless Floor Mat.
To connect Sensor Pad Transmitter to Wireless Floor Mat, plug the connector on cord of SFT to connector of Wireless Floor Mat until locked.
Storage and Transportation ModeSFT is in Storage and Transportation Mode during shipping and store period. When in Storage and Transportation Mode, the device is in very low power consumption sleeping Mode, no wireless transmission.
Standby ModeSPT is in Standby Mode when it is first Wake up via the button and attached chair or bed pad sensor switch remains open or after Alarm Mode ended.
Monitoring ModeWhen in Standby Mode, attached SFT to Wireless Floor Mat, it will place SFT in Monitoring Mode
Alarm ModeWhen in Monitoring Mode, place weight on the Floor Mat, it will place SFT in Alarm Mode, SFT will transmit wireless alarm signal to receiving components and Alarm light on SFT is lighting for 1 second then turn off.
After this, Alarm Mode is ended and SPT will be in Standby Mode.
