PFA lined diaphragm valve is a valve with special structure and performance. It uses a composite diaphragm to separate the lower chamber of the valve body from the inner chamber of the valve cover to form a DC channel, so that the upper part of the diaphragm stem, valve disc and other internal parts are isolated from the medium, eliminating the packing seal structure, so as to avoid internal leakage and external leakage of the medium. The inner cavity of the valve body is uniformly coated with PFA (soluble polytetrafluoroethylene) material.
Key features of PFA lined diaphragm valves include:No stuffing box construction: The diaphragm can make the corrosive medium isolated from all the driving components, eliminating the usual valve "running, bubbling, dripping, leakage" and other drawbacks.
