OVERVIEW

XW-CMT&P300 is a flexible, high-capacity Test & Pre-perso equipment for initialization & pre-personalization of smart card chip strip.

The system integrates data writing, rewriting, and reject chip punching and marking of the smart card module. The entire production process of writing, rewriting, and reject chip punching and marking  is automatically completed by the system control. It can automatically detect the original waste hole of incoming materials and mark the module that fails to test or read and write.It can be switched  between 6PIN and 8PIN production quickly. 

This machine is for 6/8 pin reel chip OS loading (pre-personalization).It can be applied to contact/contactless and dual interface chip initialization, and also can be customized according to the demands for various chip production.

MODULE

Chip feeding Module: with Chip driving to feed chip, and can adapt to different incoming directions.

Main Writing/testing Module:up to 120 test heads simultaneously for electrical performance testing and data writing of contact, non-contact, or dual interface modules.Test heads can be configured according to customer requirements. This module can work independently. 

Chip  supplementary re-writing Module:Configure  contact test heads  to automatically write/test failed chips, minimizing waste.

Chip marking Module:The identification of punch holes for chips that have failed to write or test can be flexibly set through software without the need for manual adjustment, greatly improving the accuracy and production efficiency of punch holes.

Chip collecting Module: with Chip protective tape releasing wheel,Roll up the written and tested strips

Broken Reinforcement Module (Optional):Capable of cutting the connecting ribs of chip strips; By changing the mold, it is easy to cut different specifications of chip strips; This unit can work independently.
