After acid pickling, cold rolling, cold drawn, and then adopt advanced technology for high temperature heat treatment (NBK status) to produce steel pipes with surface: bright, smooth, high precision, high polish, both inside and outside wall without oxidation layer, internal and external wall of high precision, mechanical performance fits well in any Angle bending, and can bear high pressure, cold bending deformation, flaring, flattening, tensile and other require ments, our steel tube doesnot burst when cold bending, no cracks, no oxide layer and the internal and external wall, etc.
The precision steel tube is made by seamless steel tube ,which is through non-oxygen tempering treatment to eliminate the surface and internal stress.The product is of high precision and ductility, easy to be processed into various required shapes, and cross section of the tube will not be reduced or flattened.The surfaceis of high presicion, and the surface hardness is moderate and easy to be connected. The inner hole and surface are treated with phosphating anti-rust treatment without acid cleaning and rust removal.
