Products Introduction:
The self-developed UV-CRUable liner pipe is a dry hose made of glass fiber cloth and impregnated with UV-curable resin, which is mainly used for trenchless UV-curable pipeline repair and structural reinforcement of underground pipelines. When used, it needs to be pulled into the original pipeline, inflatable expansion close to the original pipeline, and then solidified under ultraviolet light to form a lining pipe with high strength.
At present, the workshop has high production efficiency, and a single shift can produce 250 meters, especially suitable for large-scale official website emergency project procurement. At present, the largest diameter DN1800 Lined hose, has realized the process breakthrough in the industry, non-standard diameter production experience, technology stability at the same time, quality assurance, short production cycle, domestic cities can reach the construction site in 7 days.
