Maintain
1. If the correction slope exceeds 70%, it isrecommended to polish the sensor;2. Unscrew the film head, wash and dry the sensor;3. The polishing positions are: cathode (metal silver atthe front end) and anode (metal zinc covered in acylindrical shape), which can be polished with 2000mesh sandpaper and parallel polished to removesurface oxides.
4. After completlon, rinse and wipe dry, add 2-3 dropsof new electrolyte, shake dry, and then screw on thefilm head;
5. When the sensor is poisoned by hydrogen sulfide orsulfur dioxide, soak it overnight in 3% ammonia water,then clean it, or use ultrasonic cleaning, replace it witha new membrane. and re calibrate it;6. If the reading is unstable or the reaction is slow duringcalibration, the sensor should be maintained (grinding.changing electrolyte, changing film head, ammoniaimmersion or ultrasonic cleaning).Storageshort-term1. Place the sensor in the storage bottle to keep a smallamount of water in the storage bottle. Put a little cottonor sponge to keep molsture, but do not directty contactwith water. Seal the bottle mouth and conduct regulardetection to ensure that there is an approprlateamount of water in the bottle.
Long ferm2. Unscrew the membrane head of the sensor, washthe sensor and membrane head with deionized waterwipe or shake them dry, then install the membranehead without electrolyte, and place it in a cool place.
