BASIC INFORMATION
The crusher is installed in the landing area of the transfer machine. It is used to crush the large amount of coal transferred by the stage loader, in order to prevent the large amount of coal from blocking the transportation system and damaging the transportation belt.

The crusher has formed a series. The installed power ranges from 75-400 KW, and the crushing capacity ranges from 500-5000 t/h. Belt or gear transmission is used.
The hammer crusher has a simple structure, short and easy coordination with the stage loader. The installed power can reach 400KW, and the crushing capacity is large. The resistance to coal flow operation is small. A fixed pad is used to achieve height adjustment and adjust the crushing particle size. The transmission methods of hammer crusher are belt transmission and gear transmission. Due to the limitation of transmission power, the transmission efficiency is lowwhen the installed power reaches a certain level. Therefore, gear transmission must be used.
The gear transmission device adopts a transmission type of "motor - hydraulic coupling - reducer". Compared with belt transmission, it avoids energy loss caused by belt overload, slipping and elastic deformation, and solves the technical problem of unreliable belt transmission in high-power crushers. The transmission type of "motor - hydraulic coupling - reducer" is also characterized by convenient installation and maintenance.
