Working PrincipleCoconut dehusking machine is used to remove the outermost brown skin of coconut. It belongs to semi-automatic equipment. The machine is composed of feed inlet, a pair of transverse extrusion stripping rollers, elastic pull baffle, material pulling knife, discharge conveyor belt, reduction gear set, motor and conveyor belt. Put the coconut into the feeding port. The combined action of the elastic pulling baffle and two extrusion stripping rollers makes the coconut brown and coconut shell peel off. The stripped coconut brown is transported to one side by the material conveyor belt, and the stripped wool coconut is pulled out of the brown stripping machine by the stripping knife.
Features
This coconut peeling machine has the advantages of simple structure, low price, continuous removal of coconut palm, convenient operation and easy maintenance. The stripping cutter head on the extrusion roller is made of cemented carbide, which is firm and durable. The stripping roller is equipped with a coconut palm removal device to prevent the stripped coconut palm from rotating with the stripping roller. The conveyor belt transports the stripped coconut palm to one side, which is convenient and fast.
