This kit (BW-MPD1420) is designed for rapid and efficient purification of plasmid DNA from 15 to 50 mL of E. coli culture, with a maximum yield of 250 μg. Buffer RET is used to reduce the endotoxin level of plasmid DNA to lower than 10 EU/μg. The purified plasmid DNA is ready for downstream applications such as transfection of endotoxin-sensitive cell lines, primary cultured cells or microinjection. The kit is compatible with various high-throughput automated platforms, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 24A and so on.

Test Principle
