A: Usually, our production time is 70 days after the plush sample is approved and the deposit is received. If your order is urgent, we can accommodate it, but you will need to pay additional fees.

Q: Why do you charge for samples?
A: Based on your design, we incur special costs for fabrics, printing, and embroidery due to small-batch production and price increases. Our designers and production workers also need to be paid. With the sample fee, our professional technicians will serve you until you are satisfied.
Q: How much is the sample fee?
A: The cost depends on the size and complexity of the sample you wish to make. Typically, the cost is USD 50 per design.
Q: Sample fee refund?
A: Once the relevant sample is converted into an order, the sample fee will be deducted from the final total order amount.
Q: How long does it take to create a sample?
A: It takes 7-10 days after providing detailed information and receiving the sample fee.
Q: What about sample shipping costs?
A: If you have an international courier account, you can choose to pay the freight collect. If not, you will need to pay both the shipping fee and the sample fee.
