1. Horizontal concealed fan coil general description
Horizontal concealed fan coil unit are individual room air conditioning device used in office building, apartments, dormitories, schools, motels, hotels and other applications, which consisting of a heating or cooling heat exchanger and fan.It is part of an HVAC system popularly found in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

2. Ceiling concealed fan coil unit main components
Heat exchanger
Coils are made of copper tubes and high exchanger surface area aluminum blue fins. All coils are 100% tested against leaks by 30bar (3MPa) air pressure, with 3/4" pipe connections and air bleed vent.
Centrifugal fan
Well-know brand centrifugal fans with galvanized steel, which is statically and dynamically balanced.
Condensate drain pan
Cold roll steel drain pan with powder coating for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance, anti-rust; one-time mould processing joint with no welding joint. The drain pan is insulated to prevent condensation water.
Motor
3-speed motor is more efficient and energy-saving; Built-in temperature protection device make service life longer.

9. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.


10. Ceiling concealed fan coil installation instruction

(1) Air duct must be fireproof regulations for buildings.

(2) For horizontal air supply, N≥150 MM; if air duct is longer than 1 m, N≥200 mm.

(3) Size of M depends on air duct installation. Pressure loss of circulatory air must be consistent with outlet static pressure of the unit.
