It is adaptable to any size athlete and any type of bench training.
The backrest could be adjusted with 10 gears.
The cushion could be adjusted with 3 gears.
There are rubber cushion conners to protect the floors.
There are also wheels which makes it more practical to use and convenient to move.
All spare parts are air-tight packed, which is very professional and safe.
In view of reducing the shipping space, our Adjustable Bench is shipped disassembled.
It is very easy and simple to assemble with our English Manual.
