This substation normally comprises three compartments inside: High voltage compartment, (equiped with high/medium voltage switchgear, such as ring main unit, gas insulated switchgear, its rated volatge can reach to 40.5kv maximum)Low voltage compartment, Tranformer compartment (equipped with three phase oil immersed transformer or cast resin dry type transformer).
