The JS750 forced concrete mixer belongs to the twin-shaft forced mixer and is a mechanical equipment used for mixing concrete.
- Discharge Capacity: It is 750L, the feeding capacity is 1200L, and the theoretical productivity is ≥37.5m³/h.
- Scope of Application: It can be combined with different models of PLD series batching machines to form a simple or double concrete mixing plant. It can also serve as the main machine of a mixing plant. It can mix dry hard, plastic, fluid concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, and various mortars, and is suitable for various construction projects and prefabricated component factories.
- Power Configuration: The mixing motor usually adopts the Y200L-4 model with a power of 30kW, which can provide sufficient power for the mixing operation.

Mixing Drum- Function: It serves as the space for accommodating and mixing concrete materials, providing a place for the materials to be mixed. Liners
- Function: Protect the inner wall of the mixing drum, reduce the direct wear of materials on the mixing drum, and extend the service life of the mixing drum. At the same time, it improves the flow state of the materials, enabling the materials to roll and mix better during the mixing process and improving the mixing effect.
- Materials: Commonly used materials include high manganese steel, which has good wear resistance and impact resistance. Rubber materials have good flexibility, can effectively buffer the impact of materials, reduce noise, and have a certain degree of corrosion resistance. Ceramic materials have high hardness and strong wear resistance and can adapt to harsh working environments.
- Structural Features: Usually designed in the form of replaceable plates for convenient installation and disassembly. The shape and size are determined according to the structure and size of the mixing drum. Generally, they are arc-shaped or square, and the surface may have various patterns or protrusions to enhance the agitation effect on the materials.
Blades

- Structural Types: There are propeller-type blades, which can generate strong axial and radial flows and push the materials to circulate inside the mixing drum. Paddle-type blades have relatively large shearing force and can quickly break up material agglomerates.
