Technical data for this carbonization machine you may concern
- Carbonizing temperature is 20-30 minutes,from input raw material to out put charcoal.
- Carbonization furnace rotating speed is 3r/minute, and it's adjustable.
- Output raw material temperature is 50ºC.
- Heating furnace max temperature 1200ºC.
- Main carbonization furnace max temperature 800ºC
Raw material: sawdust, rice husk, small wood sticks, coconut shell, palm kernel shell, peanut hulls, corn stalks, bagasse, twigs, rice husks, bamboo shavings, sorghum stalks, sunflower husks, distilled grains, corn cobs, coconut husks, coffee grounds, cotton stalks, bean stalks, dry leaves and other biomass materials, agricultural wastes.

For low density material,suck as rice husk, sawdust, we can get 1 ton charcoal from about 3-3.5 tons raw material ,for high density raw material such as bamboo shavings, coconuts shell, palm kernel shell, We can get 1ton charcoal from about 2.5-2.7 tons material.
The advantages of the new type continuous carbonization stove
- The production of old-type is batch by batch, and the new type is continuous which improves the production efficiency to a great extent.
- The old-type makes plenty of heavy smoke, even if with the cooling treatment, it still brings the serious air pollution. Different from the old-type furnace, the new-type does not exhaust the heavy smoke from the carbonization process to the air, oppositely, it collects the smoke goes into the burner through the pipes and burns as fuel gas for recycling use, to reach the aim of replacing the normal fuel and continue the carbonizing process. The design of new-type furnace avoids the air pollution of heavy smoke exhausted.
- The operation of old-type is quite complicated, before carbonization, the briquettes need to be put properly which wastes much time and labour. However, the briquettes can be put irregularly and then process carbonization directly, saving much time and labour.
- The production efficiency of the old-type is low. Every 24 hours, the output of 5m³furnace is only around 1 ton. By contrast, due to the design of continuous production, the new-type furnace can produce around 200 kg charcoals every 1-2 hours, The efficiency of the new-type is completely 4-5 times more than the old-type, which greatly reduce the expenses spent in a great amount of old-type equipments when target capacity is high.
