1.Application:
Suitable for coating PA12/PVC/XLPE insulation materials on the surface of copper or aluminum buabar.
2. Machine Features:
1) The PLC touch screen operation system is combinedn with the full-automatic online detection and statistical industrial control system to ensure the accuracy ot the product;
2) Adopt vertical and horizontal straightening, multi-point on-line detection of four plane and special cleaning process to ensure the quality of flat conductor;
3) The special four side wall thickness detection system and X,Y two-way monitoring system can ensure the specifications of finished products, and can be matched with visual detection to achieve high-quality automatic production.
