Uses: This top-quality welding wire is ideally suited for the automatic submerged arc welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel, designed to deliver an equivalent corresponding strength level. Perfect for use in demanding sectors such as shipbuilding, petrochemicals, and boiler manufacturing.
Characteristics: Introducing HH-H10Mn2, an exceptional copper-plated, non-alloy submerged arc welding wire. Paired with SJ101 flux, it offers an outstanding welding process performance. You'll appreciate its beautifully shaped weld channels, easy deslagging, and remarkable low-temperature impact toughness.

1. To ensure optimal flux performance, bake it at a temperature range of 250-400 ºC for 1-2 hours. Ensure the welding wire is kept in a dry, oil-free, and rust-free condition before use.
2. Prior to welding, perform telding to thoroughly remove rust, oil, water, and any other impurities.
3. Maintain strict control with sulfur content of flux at <= 0.050% and phosphorus content at <= 0.060%.
