5.Manufacuring technique:Four-dimensional continuous electroplating method uses domestic initiative nano alkaline copper pre-plating technology. Its principle is to accurately control the density and deposition rate of the nano-sized particle clusters formed by the complexes and CU2 in the plating solution, and build up a new nano-sized particle deposition model between copper and steel, with cathode metal deposition forming into nano-sized alkaline copper crystal particle layer structure. The nanoscale crystal particle layer has good density and highly activated surface, which greatly enhances the affinity between the plating layers, enabling the product binding force to achieve the best standard. Finished products have excellent mechanical strength, ductility and corrosion resistance.
6.Service life:According to the test data of the underground corrosion research project developed by American National Standards Institute (ANSI) with the period of 45 years, the annual average corrosion of copper is 0.002524mm. And, according to the requirement of American UL467, IEEE80 and the national power industrial standard DL/T1312, the minimum copper thickness of this type of metal conductors shall be 0.254mm, thus the service life of LEO series copper plated steel grounding conductor can sufficiently ensure a period of more than 100 years.

Product Profile
Ground enhancement material is made of non-metallic graphite carbon powder and auxiliary materials. It is non-toxic, odor-free, non-corrosive, environment friendly, and in compliance with the state standards for high-quality soil environment. Ground enhancement material with good conductivity,has a long-term improvement effect on the soil resistivity. The grounding grid comprised of this product is more stable with lower grounding resistance. This product is packed by three-layer laminated packaging consisting of brown paper, aluminum plastic and high-strength plastic film. There are three package specifications: 25kg/bag, 40kg/bag, and 50kg/bag.
Product Features Environment friendly: For raw material, GEM examines and controls the heavy metal from raw material, make sure it is compliance with environment protection requirement. For construction, reasonable material granularity distributed, effectively reduced the dust while construction. Corrosion protection: Raw materials are of high conductivity and stable physical property, will not have chemical reaction with metal material, when mixed with underground water, strong base-weak acid material will be formed, it will not be corrosive to metal material. At construction field, to mix with water, GEM would become colloid, it will closely attach to the metal grounding electrode after solidification, which prevents electrode from corrosive gas, acid, alkali, salt. Efficiency resistance reduction: The resistivity of GEM is smaller than the soil, gel will permeate to the soil, increase the contact area between electrode and GEM, or GEM and soil, to reduce the contact resistance then stabilize the discharge resistance. Stable conductivity: Electrode graphite is in the GEM; it will not have physical reaction after solidification. Compounds will not run off by seasons, which ensure the conductivity stability in temperature, humidity, and environmental medium.

Polymer Chemical Ground Enhancement MaterialPolymer Chemical Ground Enhancement Material is a translucent gel which is formed because of physical changes in water-absorbing polymer materials, electronic conductive materials, and ionic conductors in a solid-liquid coexistence state. A strong compact body is formed after the construction pouring, and it can exert a better root effect which not only effectively expands the contact area between the equivalent diameter of the conductor and the soil, but also reduces the grounding resistance. Under different geological conditions, the resistance reducing ratio is 10-15 times higher than that of the conventional method.
PHYSICAL GROUNDING MODULE
The Physical grounding module is a preformed product for grounding resistance reduction based on non-metallic conductive materials, it can be directly installed on site. The product can be made into different specifications according to the requirements of grounding engineering, with long service life, stable impact resistance, convenient construction, and other characteristics. It is suitable for resistance reduction of small grounding grid in field such as transmission line tower and long transmission pipeline station.

In cold areas, the module should be buried below the permanent frozen soil.
