Our company's FRP louvers are meticulously processed by immersing them in premium-grade resin, followed by curing at temperatures exceeding 130 °C. This process results in an exceptionally robust and durable texture. These louvers boast an array of remarkable features: they are incredibly lightweight, ensuring effortless transport and installation, and exhibit outstanding resistance to corrosion and oxidation. They thrive in both extreme high and low temperatures, withstand relentless sun exposure, and promise a remarkably long service life.
Our GRP louvre blades find their versatility in a myriad of applications. They are often incorporated as integral components of large mechanical enclosures subjected to prolonged outdoor exposure. Additionally, they serve as ideal solutions for industrial plant windows, especially those exposed to corrosive gases, as well as ventilation windows in challenging environments.

The FRP Pultrusion production is a remarkably efficient and continuous process dedicated to crafting fiberglass-reinforced polymer profiles of any desired length and consistent cross-section. It accommodates a variety of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They then traverse a pre-forming station that meticulously layers them to achieve the specific stratification required for the profile's desired properties. Following this pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are meticulously pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.

1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
