Auto High-Speed Case Erector Box Former Carton Erecting Machine
MPK-30K high-speed box erector machine is a horizontal box erecting and bottom folding machine, which adopts the up-suction box erector method with high quality and efficiency. It can open 30 boxes per minute, which is quicker than the same type of box erector machine, mainly used in the food industry. It can be used with equipment such as weighing, labeling, code scanning, sorter, case packer, or stand-alone operation.
The carton is ready for manual or automatic loading of products. The great efficiency and small size of our Case erector make a perfect solution wherever high quality and precision are required.
The high-speed case erector machine adopts mechanical transmission, and the mechanism of the reciprocating movement or swing of the driven member by the rotary motion or the reciprocating motion of the cam (such as taking the box, forming the carton, and folding the bottom). The cam mechanism is compact and suitable for intermittent movement of the follower, cam mechanism. It is especially suitable for the great amount of carton former packaging production lines such as e-commerce logistics, food, beverage, etc., which can increase the production efficiency of enterprises by 50%.
