packaging tube can be customized: tube volume- 5ml(0.17oz) ~200ml(6.76oz) for aluminum collapsible tube, 3ml(0.1oz)~400ml(13.52oz) for laminated tube and plastic tube.

ABL tube(aluminium barrier laminated tube)features:
ABL tube is a kind of packaging container made of aluminum foil and plastic film by co-extrusion composite process, and then processed into tubes by special pipe making machine. Its typical structure is PE/PE+ EAA/AL/PE+EAA/PE. ABL tube is mainly used for packaging cosmetics with high hygiene and barrier requirements. Its barrier layer is aluminum foil.
(1) High barrier. aluminum foil has light resistance, oxygen resistance and water resistance and other barrier properties, on the one hand can prevent external substances into the interior of cosmetics, prevent cosmetics oxidation deterioration, on the other hand can prevent cosmetics moisture or essence and other ingredients spread to the outside through the pipe, so as to ensure the quality of cosmetics.
(2) Low cost. In order to achieve the same barrier properties, ABL tubes use less material, lower cost and better economics than PBL tubes and PE extrusion tubes.
The barrier perfomance of the laminated tube is better than plastic tube,because the middle layer is aluminum foil, so the products are widely used in toothpaste and cosmetic industry.

Q: How is your MOQ?A: Our MOQ is generally 50,000 pieces each design/art, but for the customers who have various skus, we could do 10,000~30,000 pieces to start.

Q: How is your leadtime?
A: It takes generally 15 to 20 days. It could be shorter in slow season; while it could be longer in peak season.
But we always do our best to help deliver the urgent orders.

Q: Can we get some samples from you? Are you going to charge us for the samples?
A: Storage samples are always free any time. But customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and it takes about 7 days to deliver customized samples.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.

Q: What is the diameter range are you capable of with the tube?
A: Our general diameter ranges from 13.5 mm to 40 mm.

Q: Our company is launching several new products, and we're looking for a metal collapsible tube type. This is the first time we work on the these tubes, what would be the process if we are going to orde from you?
A: We could follow the steps as:
~ We will quote you the price per your requirement about the tubes. (Basic information about dimater and length or volume, cap will be needed. If you don't know anything about the size, you could refer to the Volume chart we provided above.)
~ Free samples will be sent to you for your evaluation or testing inner lacquer stability.
~ Customized samples will be made for you given you provided the artwork.
