Installation specifications

When installing and disassembling the CTS7/CTH2 277-0PN36 module, appropriate safety measures must be taken in advance and the power supply to the CTS7/CTH2 277-0PN36 module must be confirmed to be cut off.
The CTS7/CTH2 277-0PN36 module can be installed on both the control cabinet backplane and standard DIN rails; It can be installed horizontally or vertically.
Installing panels
1) Position and drill holes according to the size requirements in Figure 4-6;
2) Secure the module to the backplane with appropriate screws;
3) If an expansion module is used, connect the flat cable of the expansion module to the expansion port under the front cover.
DIN rail installation
1) Fix the guide rail on the back panel;
2) Open the DIN clip at the bottom of the module and clip the back of the module onto the DIN rail;
3) If an expansion module is used, connect the flat cable of the expansion module to the expansion port under the front cover;
4) Rotate the module close to the DIN rail and close the DIN clip;
5) Carefully check whether the DIN clamp on the module is tightly fixed to the DIN rail;
6) To avoid module damage, do not directly press the front of the module, but press the part of the installation hole
Attention: When the module is used in environments with high vibration or when installed vertically, DIN rail stops should be used. If the system is in a high vibration environment, using a backboard installation method can achieve a higher level of vibration protection.
