Product Description:
The exothermic riser sleeve from SHANDONG CQ NEW MATERIALS INC. is designed with low density, precise sizing, and excellent exothermic properties, making it ideal for feeding iron and steel castings. This sleeve can be easily inserted into the sand mold post-modeling or combined with a sand core before placement in the mold. By using this riser sleeve, casting yields are improved, casting density is enhanced, and the need for extensive cleaning and welding repairs is reduced.
