The Creality K1 Max features impressive print speeds, dramatically reducing print time and thereby increasing efficiency. The K1 Max combines a flexible Core XY design with a lightweight printhead weighing only 190 grams, reducing inertia of motion and making it more maneuverable. With a maximum flow rate of 32 mm³/s, it features a new ceramic heater that heats to 200°C in less than 40 seconds, quickly melting the material. The direct-drive two-stage extruder provides powerful extrusion force for a stable and reliable printing process. The hot end is equipped with titanium thermal breaks and hardened steel nozzles that operate at temperatures up to 300°C, ensuring consistent print quality.
Equipped with an artificial intelligence camera, the K1 Max monitors for printing defects, foreign objects and debris and alerts you as soon as a problem is detected. It also supports real-time monitoring and time-lapse video creation, allowing users to monitor printing progress at any time. In addition, the K1 Max features the Creality intelligent operating system with a clean and intuitive user interface that supports data synchronization with PCs, cell phones, cloud services and additional devices. A powerful 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 8GB of ROM ensure smooth operation and allow users to manage print jobs with ease.
The K1 Max's die-cast aluminum frame, precision CNC machined, ensures stability and superior print quality. The upgraded Z-axis effectively reduces Z-axis streaking for a smoother print surface, and the G-sensor measures and automatically adjusts the resonant frequency at high print speeds, eliminating ghosting and ringing on prints. In addition, the K1 Max features dual automatic hands-free alignment, which utilizes load cells and AI LiDAR technology for precise alignment without manual intervention, ensuring optimal results with every print.
