Manufacturing Processes
Winding the raw spandex from small size cone to large size metal reel (cone to hank), which is called warping, so each spandex yarn gets almost the same tension, then can be feed into the forming lace trim elastic in knitting process to make sure each elastic greige has the same stretchness, so to avoid curve or uneven on the greige.
Put the nylon cones onto the creels of the narrow fabric crochet knitting looms before setting the technique process. Generally, no need to warping the nylon yarns for knitted lace elastic because each knitting loom is equipped with enough creels to hang the nylon cones.
