△ Introduction
The product is the core raw material for nucleic acid extraction after strict screening and quality control. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is a detergent, which can dissolve cell membrane and form complex with nucleic acid. The complex is soluble in high ionic strength (0.7 mol/L) solution. The complex can be separated from protein and polysaccharide by centrifugation. Therefore, CTAB can be used to extract nucleic acids from organisms that produce a large number of mucopolysaccharides, such as plant tissue nucleic acid extraction.
