We specialize in the production and sale hydraulic hose. We produce 1SN, 2SN, 4SP and 4SH hydraulic hoses as per American standards of SAEJ517, standards of DIN. Automatic high speed braiding machine and advanced quality management system to ensure the reliability and stability of the product. Annual production capability is 10 million meters(colth hose 4million and smooth hose 6million). Advanced production techniques and strict quality control, ensure good quality. We have a strict ISO quality control system and a perfect after-sales sewice system.

1.Professional:
Our factory was established in 1999 and has more than 20 years of experience in hydraulic hose production. Currently, we have three factories of our own, one for rubber mixing and two for production.
2.Over standard quality
4 times burst pressure,1, 2 layer hose pulse can reach more than 200,000 times, 4 layer hose can reach more than 400,000 times.
We have our own laboratory equipped with all the equipment needed for product testing. Every product we produce is tested before sale.
36 steel braiding machine, 4 spiral machines, 16 high-speed stranding machine and 6 vulcanization. At present, our monthly output can be maintained at about 1200, 000 meters, and the annual output can reach 14 million meters.
4. High quality raw materials
Our factory uses high-quality raw materials to ensure product quality, and we have our own rubber mixing center to control quality from the source.

During the after-sales validity period, once we receive customer feedback on quality issues, we will respond within 72 hours. Customer satisfaction is our aim.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white wearable woven bags. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% in advance, and 70% before delivery or against copy of documents.
Q7. What is your delivery term?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF,etc.
Q8. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
