2. Trade Terms:

30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before delivery is acceptable.
2). Lead time: 7-10 days
3). Shipping freight will be quoted under your requests.
4). Delivery way and time:
By DHL(door to door service, it takes about 4-5 days to your door)
By Air(It takes about 4-5 days to the airport near your company)

3. Package:
Each sign has a individual package, and all they will be packed into a strong plywood case with foam inside to prevent any damage in transit.

4. Price calculate way, the letters are quoted by the height and quantity:
1)letter's height and width is less than 100cm, calculated on the longest side;
Like: Letter's size is: 40*45cm, price is 45cm*unit price (unit price/ cm)
2)letter's height and width is more than one meter, according to the square number calculation;
Like: Letter's size is: 130cm*140cm, price is 1.3*1.4* unit price (unit price/ square)

5. Buyer Reading:
Our goods is customized according customer's requirement, before giving the best quotation for you, please advise your detailed requiretns as much as you can. 
1) Your sign design drawing
2) If you do not have drawing, please advise the size, material, similar product photo.

Q:What's the trading process?
A:Quotation: You can contact us online or send request to our email.
Tell us to start: We will confirm your delivery info with you, then send the invoice file to you.
Production: Base our payment term, we will begin the production when our finance team confirm that we had received your payment.
Final signage confirm: We will send you the final signage images, when we finish your signage and the 24 hours keep lighting test for LED illuminated signage.

Q:How long can I receive my sign?
A:Depending on the number and weight of the signs, in general, if you choose DHL or Fedex, under normal circumstances, you should receive your signs in 10~15 working days (include the produce time and the delivery time).

Shipping: After getting your signage confirmation and our finance team confirm we had received the full payment, we will send out the signage and give you the waybill number, so that you can track the package.
