Usually we manufacture boxes by pu leather,stain,cotton,glass fabric nylon fabric,artpaper etc.
Size:custom size are welcome.
advise:Usually we make the bag according to the clinets customized size,but some times,we will select similar size boxes for the clients reference,and try to help the clients save many mold cost.
Logo:silk screen.
Usually we print the logo by Silk screen / Hot stamping / 4C+ printing / Embossed / UV printing etc
Because different material will be used the different craft,then can be do the best effect.
Qty:2,000pcs
My factory MOQ is 2,000pcs, of course we can do the small order for testing order,but the price is higher than 2,000pcs,becausee
we share the cutting- mold charge on the products of small qty order.
Trade terms:T/T30% deposit,balance before shipment after inspection okay in my factory.
Usually we suggest the clients pay the funds by W/U if the total value less than $2,000,then will help my clients save many
bank handing charge etc.tks
Sample lead time:4-6days
Usually we can make the simple box samples without logo within 1-2days.of course,different style need different time,
will confirm with you once we receive your inquiry.
Lead time:25-30days.
The accurate lead time will be confirmed with you ,usually we can finish the simple boxes (10,000pcs cover+bottom speartely)
within 15days.my means,different style products the production time is different.
Packing:1pcs/white paper sleeve.
advise: Packing paper sleeve is common practice,because the cost is cheaper than other packing, we also packing the jewerly box by Mid Corrugated box(Such as 10-20pcs put in one corrugated shipping carton),3-4 corrugated shipping box put in one standard exported shipping box to protect jewelry box in the shipping.
Shipping method:By boat /by Airfreight/ by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT ETC
Advise:Usually we shipping the box by boat,if the total volume is more than 3CBM.
We suggest to ship the boxes by express(DHL.UPS.TNT.FEDEX) if the total weight less than 200kg and total volume less than 1CBM,because the shipping time is efficient and the shipping cost maybe cheaper than by boat.tks
