2. Shipment
- Shipping by air, by sea,by express.
- Goods will be ready within 7-10 days after receiving the payment.
- Pictures or the producing process will be send to you then.
- If you choose way of express-ready product pictures and tracking number will be provided to you after goods dispatched.
3. Our service
Existing samples can be prepared within 3 days free of charge. Buyer is only responsible for the shipping cost.
Custom samples would be available within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for paying sample and shipping costs, which will be deducted from mass production.

A1:We are an industry and trade integration, the printing factory is located in Yuhuangmiao Town, Shanghe County, Jinan City, Shandong Province, and the trading company is located in Building 22, Tangye Lvdihui, Jinan City.
Q2:What is your product range?
A2:We mainly produce adhesive roll label, shelf label, barcode label, jar label, PET label, gold foil label, security label, multi layer label, paper box, brochure, anything related to printing.
Q3:Can you do design for my ideas or drawing?
A3:Yes, we have experienced designers. Please send the detailed requirements directly.
Q4:Could you provide sample for testing before placing an order?
A4:Yes. A) Existing sample for free, can deliver immediately;
B) Customized sample requires some sample cost, will be deliver within 3~7 days;
There are two ways to ship the sample
1) If customer has their own courier A/C, such as:DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT etc, we will ship the sample with freight cost collected by their A/C.
2) If customer doesn't have courier A/C, they can pay to us and we prepay the freight to courier.
Q5:What are your payment terms?
A5:30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.
Q6:How about the after-sales service?
A6:We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If you are not happy call us and we will fix the problem.
