To measure a product accurately, follow the order of dimensions: Length x Width x Depth. Position your product so the open end faces upwards. Lengthis identified as the longest dimension of the open end, measured from left to right. Width is the shortest dimension of the open end, determined by measuring from front to back. Depthis the vertical dimension, extending from the top to the bottom.

2. Can you help configure detailed specifications if I am unsure of the per layer gram?
Certainly! Simply provide the intended use, and we will expertly configure the detailed specifications tailored just for you.

3. Can I have a custom-designed and made product?
We excel in custom manufacturing, crafting every project to align with the unique needs of our clientele. Each product is meticulously custom-madebased on your provided artwork and specific packaging requirements.

4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to substantial machine setup costs and shipping expenses, small orders are not feasible. Our minimum order requirement is 1000 pieces. Itis highly recommended to place orders for a 20' GP or 40' HC container to optimize unit pricing and reduce shipping costs.

5. Can we place OEM orders?
Absolutely! As a factory, we offer the flexibility for you to select the design, size, material, and more for your OEM orders.

6. Where is your factory located?
Our state-of-the-art factory is situated in Dongguan, with shipments dispatched efficiently from Shenzhen port.

7. What is the delivery date?
The delivery timeline is dependent on order quantities. Typically, it requires 10-15 working days for the completion of a 1*40HQ container.
