· Principle of Operation
The horizontal screw belt mixer is a one-piece internal and external double-layer positive and negative rotating spiral belt shaft with positive and negative rotating spirals installed on the same horizontal axis. Driven by the power system of the screw belt machine, it rotates along the axis of the cylinder, forming a low-powered and efficient mixing environment to drive the material in the cylinder to make axial and radial movements. The axial movement of the material is driven by the outer layer of the spiral strip from both sides to the central collection of materials, the inner layer of the spiral strip from the central to both sides of the material dispersion, which makes the material in the flow of continuous convection cycle, shear percolation mix. After speeding up the mixing speed, the material will be mixed quickly and evenly in a short time to improve the mixing uniformity.
