Q: What kind of shoe mould you have ?
A: We have EVA moulds, TPR mould , PU mould , Rubber mould , TPU , PVC mould, PU /PVC dip shoe moulds ,etc .
Q: What kind mould material use for moulds ?
A: We use National standard 6061& 7075 aluminium for EVA ,TR, PU , DIP Shoe moulds ,
NO 45 & P20 steel for Rubber /TPR moulds .
Q: How about delivery time ?
A: Generally, 15-20 days for PVC mould ; 20-25 days for Eva mould .
The specific delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your order .
Q: Can you produce according to the samples ?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings , show you the 1:1 wooden model
before mould making . Also inject soles for your approval before moulds shippment .
