The remarkable water ring vacuum pump is expertly designed for efficient extraction of both gas and water vapor. It impressively achieves an ultimate pressure of 3300pa, reaching up to 97% vacuum efficiency.
The innovative 2BV series pump utilizes a recycled working fluid system, using the pumped medium (liquid) to create a closed cycle. This approach ensures zero emissions and facilitates solvent recovery, making it environmentally friendly.
For prolonged operations near the ultimate vacuum (when nearing the working liquid's saturated vapor pressure), it's crucial to connect a cavitation protection pipe to safeguard the pump's integrity.
When functioning as a compressor, the pump can deliver an impressive outlet pressure of up to 0.26 Mpa (absolute pressure) ensuring powerful performance for varied applications..
The 2BV2-EX and 2BV6 series are specifically engineered for the extraction of explosive gases, ensuring safety in flammable and volatile environments with performance parameters matching the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
